During your career, you may have known the value of having a strong organization representing you and looking out for your best interests. The ARSEA/APEAL staff strives to always be just such an organization, working hard defending employees and retirees' existing benefits.
Because money can be limited in all areas of state and local government, we really don’t know what the future holds for your benefits. We work aggressively during the state legislative session to be sure that you and your benefits are not forgotten.
Based on state and national events, public employees and retirees have faced a tough battle in recent years of not just securing additional benefits, but, even more importantly, retaining what they have. ARSEA/APEAL is dedicated to protecting and improving retiree lifestyles.
