Any current state, county, or municipal employee that will be eligible to receive retirement benefits through the Employees’ Retirement Systems (ERS) of the State of Alabama. This includes all state, Department of Education, Youth Services, Rehabilitation, Extension Service and qualifying city, county, and public boards.
